Damaged or wrong on arrival
If a piece arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, email hello@hangkind.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We print and send a replacement free. There is nothing to send back.
Returns
You can return a piece within 14 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Email hello@hangkind.com first and we send you a prepaid return label.
The return label is taken off your refund, per piece:
- $15 for 8×12, 12×18 and 16×24 pieces.
- $35 for 24×36 and 30×45 pieces.
Once the piece reaches us, we refund the rest of its price to your original payment method within 5 business days. The original shipping charge is not refunded. There is no return fee when a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered; see above.
Because each piece is made for you, we cannot accept returns on custom sizes, and we cannot cancel an order once it has gone to print, which is usually within 12 hours of ordering. Email us straight away if you need to change something and we will do what we can.
