Black and White Wall Art

Black and white removes the hardest decision about art, which is colour, and leaves composition, light and texture. The pieces here range from photographic pieces with deep blacks and soft greys to ink drawings and monochrome abstracts, all made in the Hangkind studio.

They go with everything, which is why designers reach for them when a room already has colour in the furniture or the walls. Black frames are the obvious match; white frames and oak both work and feel lighter. Monochrome pieces also make the simplest gallery walls, because nothing clashes.
